AIRCRAFT NOISE COMPLAINT NUMBERS National Airport (703) 417 - 8020 Fairfax County people may also direct complaints to the Fairfax County Airports Advisory Committee via Noel Kaplan (nkapla@fairfax.co.va.us; or tel. 703/324-1369) in the Dept. of Planning and Zoning, and he will forward (pass) them on to the committee.
